Certification Application
Complete this form and submit it electronically, along with a $50 non-refundable application fee.
You will be automatically directed to PayPal upon submitting the form.
The fee is applied to your membership dues upon completion of the certification process.
Annual membership dues cost $250 plus $3/bed.
For example, if you have a single residence with 12 beds, you would initially pay $50 to apply and then the balance ($236) upon completing the certification process. Then you would be billed annually (upon your inspection/certification date) for $286.
For multiple houses, an additional $100 (per house) + the $3/bed fee is added to the annual membership fee.
Before completing your application, we strongly encourage you to visit the National Alliance of Recovery Residences (NARR) at www.narronline.org. Please carefully review the current certification standard and code of ethics.
We will provide you with checklists to help you achieve certification based on the NARR standards.
Your application will be reviewed by a member of the MARR Membership Committee, and a staff member will contact you to arrange for a physical inspection of the property.

Submit the documents necessary to demonstrate compliance with NARR policies and principles, including the Code of Ethics. We have a checklist to help with this available here.
Once certified, you will receive your certification certificate, good for one year.
